Again this year, ask any .NET developer and I bet the vast majority will tell you that TechEd Europe is the MUST attend conference of the year. Together with the Microsoft team, INETA Europe have put in a massive effort to make sure that there are useful and exciting things for you as an INETA user group member attending TechEd Europe 2010.
There are meetings, parties, competitions, sessions, events and more you can take part in to build and renew your user group contacts. If you plan on attending Tech·Ed, stop by the INETA booth. This is your chance to shake hands and rub elbows with members of your community.
My personal goal as president of INETA Europe is to make sure that this event will be the best one you ever attended. During Tech·Ed, like always, we want to hear from you! What can we do to make INETA better? What can you do to help INETA? Got a question about running a user group? Want to start a new group? Want to get out and share your knowledge with others? Long story short, this is your chance to get your voice heard!
Join my fellow INETA Europe board members and me here for discussions, comments and suggestions! In this issue of our special newsletter we give you fresh news about the conference, speakers and special registration offer, and more.
If you have any questions about the goals of INETA, or if we can be a source of encouragement and information for you, do not hesitate to drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.

To the end of July we organized the BcnDev Reloaded event in which we proposed a day of sessions to update the audience for the new capabilities of .NET 4.0 and Visual Studio 2010, from the hand of fabulous local Speakers. It was such a successful event, even we had the fact that it was celebrated almost in August, having a splendid register quota, of about 130 registered attendees, as you can see on the attached picture.
On the event, we would like to thank the fabulous sponsorship we had, from one side, INETA supported the event and we would like to thank properly. We were able offer great food to the attendees due to the great sponsorship, also we had a great venue & great gifts for everybody, making a special mention to the customized t-shirt we could give to everybody that attended - this was exclusively sponsorized by Renacimiento, from which we are grateful, as you can see on the group photo next.
We could offer some geeky Swag giveaways thanks to Microsoft, some subscriptions to a local technical developers magazine, DotNetMania, discounts for trainings for Aula Vulcan and, last but not least we also gave a impressive MSDN Subscription (with Visual Studio 2010 Ultimate, of course).
This was only possible through the support of our sponsors, mentioning MSDN (Microsoft), Barcelona Activa, INETA, Renacimiento, UGSS, Aula Vulcan, DotNetMania and Brainsiders. We also had great speakers to whom we have to be very thankful for their time, & great quality of their sessions.
